1. Check-in is possible from 4:00 p.m., unless otherwise agreed.
2. Check-out must be completed by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
3. The apartment is non-smoking. An ashtray is available on the balcony.
4. Guests may receive visitors in the apartment.
5. Please observe quiet hours starting at 10:00 p.m.
6. Parties or celebrations of any kind are not permitted.
7. Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
8. If you plan to bring bicycles, please inform us in advance.
9. Please make sure all windows are closed when leaving the apartment.
10. When leaving the apartment, please fully retract the balcony awning.
If house rules 9 and 10 are not observed, we reserve the right to take the necessary action ourselves in your absence.
